"Why They Buy" with Dr. Jana Craft

Armed with years of experience in working with Winona entrepreneurs in examining the behavior of their shoppers, Dr. Jana Craft, WSU business professor, will give you an hour-long crash course in the science of shopping. Dr. Craft will make the case for going beyond the sales tally in order to better understand your customers and more fully meet their needs regarding space, merchandising and signage. This highly interactive and visual presentation will cause you to look at your business – retail or service – in a new light.
